Overview
Tempi is a metronome and chromatic tuner. We do not collect personal data and we never ask you to create an account. There is no advertising, no advertising identifier, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
To find bugs and to understand which features are actually used, Tempi collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and crash reports. You can switch this off inside the app at any time.
Microphone
The tuner uses your device's microphone to detect pitch in real time. This audio is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. No audio is ever sent to us or to anyone else.
You can deny microphone access at any time in your device settings. The metronome works fully without it; only the tuner needs the microphone.
What we do not collect
- No name, e-mail address, account or registration
- No advertising identifier (IDFA) — advertising ID collection and ad personalisation are switched off in the app
- No location data
- No microphone recordings, stored or transmitted
- No tracking across other apps or websites
- No contacts, photos, calendar or other device content
What we do collect
Anonymous usage and stability data, via Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics):

Your IP address is used only to derive an approximate country and is not stored by Google Analytics.
How to switch it off
Open More → Privacy in the app and turn off Anonymous usage statistics. Collection stops immediately and no further data is sent. The rest of the app is unaffected.
Local storage
Tempi saves your settings (tempo, time signature, reference pitch, language, presets) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Third-party services
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google acts as our data processor. Data may be transferred to and processed on servers operated by Google LLC in the United States, on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Tempi is distributed through the Apple App Store; Apple's privacy policy applies to the download and to any rating you choose to leave.
Retention
Event-level analytics data is automatically deleted after 2 months. User-level data — the anonymous installation ID and what is attached to it — is deleted after 14 months. Crash reports are kept for around 90 days. Aggregated statistics that cannot be traced to any single installation may be kept longer.
Legal basis & your rights (GDPR)
Tempi is developed and operated by Alexander Frizzi, Italy — subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
The legal basis for collecting anonymous usage and crash data is our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time, with immediate effect and without giving a reason, using the switch described above.
Because we hold no data that identifies you, we generally cannot link any request for access, correction or deletion to a specific person. If you have any question about your data, write to us and we will help as far as is technically possible.
Children
Tempi is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children. Nothing in the app is directed at children specifically, and no personal data is collected from anyone.
Changes
If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and the date below.

Mikrofon
Das Stimmgerät verwendet das Mikrofon deines Geräts, um die Tonhöhe in Echtzeit zu erkennen. Diese Audiodaten werden vollständig auf deinem Gerät verarbeitet und niemals aufgezeichnet, gespeichert oder übertragen. Es werden keinerlei Audiodaten an uns oder an Dritte gesendet.
Du kannst den Mikrofonzugriff jederzeit in den Geräteeinstellungen verweigern. Das Metronom funktioniert vollständig ohne Mikrofon; nur das Stimmgerät benötigt es.
Was wir nicht erheben
- Keinen Namen, keine E-Mail-Adresse, kein Konto, keine Registrierung
- Keine Werbe-ID (IDFA) — Werbe-ID-Erfassung und Werbepersonalisierung sind in der App abgeschaltet
- Keine Standortdaten
- Keine Mikrofonaufnahmen, weder gespeichert noch übertragen
- Kein Tracking über andere Apps oder Websites hinweg
- Keine Kontakte, Fotos, Kalender oder sonstigen Geräteinhalte

Deine IP-Adresse wird ausschließlich zur groben Länderbestimmung verwendet und von Google Analytics nicht gespeichert.
So schaltest du es ab
Öffne in der App Mehr → Datenschutz und deaktiviere Anonyme Nutzungsstatistik. Die Erhebung endet sofort, es werden keine weiteren Daten gesendet. Die übrige App bleibt davon unberührt.
Lokale Speicherung
Tempi speichert deine Einstellungen (Tempo, Taktart, Kammerton, Sprache, Presets) lokal auf deinem Gerät. Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät niemals und werden beim Deinstallieren der App gelöscht.
Drittanbieter-Dienste
Wir verwenden Google Firebase Analytics und Firebase Crashlytics der Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland). Google ist dabei unser Auftragsverarbeiter. Daten können auf Server der Google LLC in den USA übermittelt und dort verarbeitet werden, gestützt auf die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.

Tempi wird über den Apple App Store vertrieben; für den Download und für eine von dir abgegebene Bewertung gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple.
Speicherdauer
Ereignisbezogene Analysedaten werden nach 2 Monaten automatisch gelöscht. Nutzerbezogene Daten — die anonyme Installations-ID und was daran hängt — werden nach 14 Monaten gelöscht. Absturzberichte werden etwa 90 Tage aufbewahrt. Aggregierte Statistiken, die keiner einzelnen Installation zuzuordnen sind, können länger gespeichert bleiben.
Rechtsgrundlage & deine Rechte (DSGVO)
Tempi wird von Alexander Frizzi, Italien, entwickelt und betrieben und unterliegt der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung.
Rechtsgrundlage für die Erhebung anonymer Nutzungs- und Absturzdaten ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer stabilen und besseren App (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Du kannst dem jederzeit, mit sofortiger Wirkung und ohne Angabe von Gründen widersprechen — über den oben beschriebenen Schalter.
Da wir keine Daten speichern, die dich identifizieren, können wir Anfragen auf Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung in der Regel keiner bestimmten Person zuordnen. Bei Fragen zu deinen Daten schreib uns; wir helfen, soweit es technisch möglich ist.
Kinder
Tempi ist für alle Altersgruppen geeignet und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern. Nichts in der App richtet sich gezielt an Kinder, und von niemandem werden personenbezogene Daten erhoben.

Sollte sich der Umgang mit Daten ändern, aktualisieren wir diese Seite und das Datum unten.

Panoramica
Tempi è un metronomo e accordatore cromatico. Non raccogliamo dati personali e non richiediamo alcun account. Nessuna pubblicità, nessun identificatore pubblicitario, nessun tracciamento su altre app o siti web.
Per individuare errori e capire quali funzioni vengono effettivamente utilizzate, Tempi raccoglie statistiche d'uso anonime e aggregate e segnalazioni di arresto anomalo. Puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento nell'app.
Microfono
L'accordatore utilizza il microfono del dispositivo per rilevare l'intonazione in tempo reale. L'audio viene elaborato interamente sul dispositivo e non viene mai registrato, archiviato o trasmesso. Nessun dato audio viene inviato a noi o a terzi.
Puoi negare l'accesso al microfono in qualsiasi momento nelle impostazioni del dispositivo. Il metronomo funziona completamente senza; solo l'accordatore lo richiede.

Il tuo indirizzo IP viene usato solo per ricavare approssimativamente il paese e non viene memorizzato da Google Analytics.
Come disattivarle
Apri Altro → Privacy nell'app e disattiva Statistiche di utilizzo anonime. La raccolta si interrompe immediatamente e non vengono inviati altri dati. Il resto dell'app non ne è influenzato.
Archiviazione locale
Tempi salva le tue impostazioni (tempo, indicazione di tempo, intonazione di riferimento, lingua, preset) localmente sul dispositivo. Questi dati non lasciano mai il dispositivo e vengono eliminati disinstallando l'app.
Servizi di terze parti
Utilizziamo Google Firebase Analytics e Firebase Crashlytics di Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublino 4, Irlanda). Google agisce come nostro responsabile del trattamento. Conservazione
I dati analitici a livello di evento vengono eliminati automaticamente dopo 2 mesi. I dati a livello di utente — l'ID di installazione anonimo e quanto vi è associato — vengono eliminati dopo 14 mesi. Le segnalazioni di crash sono conservate per circa 90 giorni. Le statistiche aggregate, non riconducibili a una singola installazione, possono essere conservate più a lungo.

Tempi è adatta a tutte le età e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati da bambini. Nulla nell'app è rivolto specificamente ai bambini e non vengono raccolti dati personali da nessuno.

Resumen
Tempi es un metrónomo y afinador cromático. No recopilamos datos personales ni exigimos ninguna cuenta. Sin publicidad, sin identificador publicitario y sin seguimiento en otras apps o sitios web.
Para detectar errores y entender qué funciones se usan realmente, Tempi recopila estadísticas de uso anónimas y agregadas e informes de fallos. Puedes desactivarlo en cualquier momento dentro de la app.
Micrófono
El afinador utiliza el micrófono de tu dispositivo para detectar el tono en tiempo real. Ese audio se procesa íntegramente en tu dispositivo y nunca se graba, almacena ni transmite. No se envía ningún audio a nosotros ni a terceros.
Puedes denegar el acceso al micrófono en cualquier momento en los ajustes del dispositivo. El metrónomo funciona por completo sin él; solo el afinador lo necesita.
Lo que no recopilamos
- Ningún nombre, correo electrónico, cuenta ni registro
- Ningún identificador publicitario (IDFA) — la recopilación del ID publicitario y la personalización de anuncios están desactivadas en la app
- Ningún dato de ubicación
- Ninguna grabación del micrófono, ni almacenada ni transmitida
- Ningún seguimiento en otras apps o sitios web
- Ningún contacto, foto, calendario u otro contenido del dispositivo

Tu dirección IP se usa únicamente para deducir el país de forma aproximada y Google Analytics no la almacena.
Cómo desactivarlo
Abre Más → Privacidad en la app y desactiva Estadísticas de uso anónimas. La recopilación se detiene de inmediato y no se envían más datos. El resto de la app no se ve afectado.
Almacenamiento local
Tempi guarda tus ajustes (tempo, compás, afinación de referencia, idioma, presets) localmente en tu dispositivo. Estos datos nunca salen del dispositivo y se eliminan al desinstalar la app.
Servicios de terceros
Utilizamos Google Firebase Analytics y Firebase Crashlytics, de Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublín 4, Irlanda). Google actúa como nuestro encargado del tratamiento. La base jurídica para recopilar datos anónimos de uso y de fallos es nuestro interés legítimo en mantener la app estable y mejorarla (art. 6.1.f RGPD). Puedes oponerte en cualquier momento, con efecto inmediato y sin dar motivos, mediante el interruptor descrito arriba.
Dado que no conservamos datos que te identifiquen, por lo general no podemos vincular una solicitud de acceso, rectificación o supresión a una persona concreta. Si tienes alguna duda sobre tus datos, escríbenos y te ayudaremos en la medida en que sea técnicamente posible.
Menores

Votre adresse IP sert uniquement à déduire approximativement le pays et n'est pas conservée par Google Analytics.
Comment désactiver
Ouvrez Plus → Confidentialité dans l'application et désactivez Statistiques d'usage anonymes. La collecte s'arrête immédiatement et plus aucune donnée n'est envoyée. Le reste de l'application n'est pas affecté.
Stockage local
Tempi enregistre vos réglages (tempo, mesure, diapason, langue, préréglages) localement sur votre appareil. Ces données ne quittent jamais votre appareil et sont supprimées lors de la désinstallation.
